This comes from the idea that your body will use the existing fat in your body first if there is no available fuel (ie food) in your body.

This isn't entirely false, but it's much better for you to combine a healthy blend of fruits and vegetables to digest before your workout. Whether you're going to be running, lifting weights, or playing some sports, you should "juice" the right foods first. Finding the right combination of energy giving foods will help give you energy during your workouts and help with more productive muscle growth and weight loss.

There are lots of different fruits, vegetables, and other healthy goodies that can be blended that are great for exercise. Foods with lots of complex carbohydrates are especially good because of their energy-giving properties. They have the ability to covert glucose (sugar) very slowly which helps give your muscles a consistent source of energy while you're working out. Complex carbohydrates are also very good because they're found in foods with tons of vitamins, antioxidants, minerals, and other nutrients. You can find complex carbohydrates in fruits, vegetables, and grains.

What makes juicing so great is you can quickly prepare all these sources of complex carbohydrates with a easy to make and great tasting drink. Properly designed and planned, you can have quite a tasty, healthy drink that's great for exercise and your every day life. The optimum time to have your juice is about 2 hours before your exercise. This will give your body time to digest everything in your stomach and give you the energy you need.

Review of Vince Delmonte's No Nonsense Muscle Building Program

You've probably heard of Vince Delmonte's ultimate muscle building guide and now want to know if it's worth your time and money. Muscle workout programs are a dime-a-dozen and many of them are out there for your money and are of no real value to you and your muscles. Is Vince's muscle workout program a scam or does it actually get you results? Well, I've bought and tried the program and I'll tell you! So get ready for a revealing review of Vince Delmonte's No Nonsense Muscle Building.

To start with, this is what Vince has to say about his own program:

"Discover How To Build 20-40 Pounds Of Hard Natural Muscle And How To Gain Weight Quickly - Without Steroids, Without 'Muscle-Friendly' Genes, Without Any Rehashed Program, Without Any Bogus Supplements And Without Surfing The Internet Ever Again...I Swear!"- Vince Delmonte

Visit Vince Delmonte's website now

These are pretty strong words, can this program really back up those kinds of results?

Before I give you the verdict of what I think of the product and the results it gave me, I'll describe a few things I did and didn't like about it.

First off, I really liked how straight forward Vince's muscle building program was. I never felt "lost" or "confused" about what he was talking about. The program had one objective, which was very clear to understand throughout the package, was to build you chiseled, hardcore muscles and gaining muscle weight. Vince Delmonte talks to you like a friend talking to a friend. He doesn't stand tall and strut his muscles, instead he offers you plain everyday person language about how to achieve the ideal fit body. This isn't like those other fitness packages you've read about where the guru shows off and talks about how awesome he is, instead, Vince Delmonte shows genuine interest in getting you the results you want.

The second thing I love about this muscle building program is Vince himself follows this program to the key. This isn't second or third hand knowledge, but instead coming straight from the mouth of a world famous muscle builder. Vince has been featured in many magazines including Maximum Fitness. So, if you want to follow a muscle building program with proven results from the thousands of people who've tried it before, this is the one you're looking for.

About the Program Itself

Straight off the bat, Vince Delmonte dispels all the myths spread rigorously by marketing companies. Marketing companies work for the pharmaceutical industry and other people who are only concerned about getting your hard earned cash. Vince, instead of joining in the hype and marketing lies, give you a genuine product that gives results exactly as promised. There is no hype and there is no beating around the bush. He tells you how it is and what you need to do about it. If you're sick and tired of the bull being spread around by greedy corporations, Vince Delmonte's guide will a relief for you. His muscle building program is all no nonsense and all about getting you results. Vince's objective with his program really is to candidly tell you how to get muscle gaining results.

Visit Vince Delmonte's website now

Who is the No Nonsense Muscle Building program designed for?

While the program addresses the problem for skinny people and gaining muscle weight, anyone can buy this program and see results by following it. Vince Delmonte himself was a self-described "skinny twerp of 140 pounds" and through his own program gained pure muscle weight and went to over 190 pounds. While skinny guys can definitely find some great information and strategies to gaining muscle weight from Vince's program, anyone wanting a sexy, fit body will benefit from this program.

So What Do I Think About This Program?

I can say that I'm a true believer about the Vince Delmonte program. I personally have built a stronger body and have chiseled muscles of my dreams. I could go on and on about how much I could recommend this program to you but to be honest you have to try it for yourself. If you're unsure if you should try it or not, one thing that may change your mind is that it has 100% money back guarantee. Vince is so confident about his program (and I can tell you he should be) that he'll give you your money back--for any reason--if you try the No Nonsense package and aren't 100% impressed. So you have nothing to lose, but instead have lots of muscles to gain if you try out Vince's muscle building package.

Visit Vince Delmonte's website now to learn how this risk-free program that will change you life and give you the fit, rock hard body you've always wanted.

Ab Workout Exercise

If you're trying to get rock hard abs you may be confused by all the gimmick videos and exercises out there telling you they're the "best". Deciding which exercise is the best can be a real chore and so cracking the code and finding the one best for you and your abs can be overwhelming. Fortunately, I can help you find the best exercise that you're looking for.

When you're working out your core body, everything--to an extent--works. Everything from high repetitions, to low amounts, different weight amounts, medicine and stability ball work, and just about everything else works, until your body decides your workouts are too easy. Once at that point, you won't see any gain in your dream 6 pack.

Your ab workout exercises should start from basic floor crunches and sit ups and work up to unstable surface and weighted exercises. As you progress further and further into unstable surface ab workouts, your core will have to work harder and harder to keep balance.

Ab floor workouts will be the usual crunches, leg raises, and sit ups. Eventually, once those have become easy, you'll want to start working against gravity with incline workouts, and finally, start working on unstable surfaces and objects like a stability ball. Ab exercises utilizing your body weight will be key to muscle definition and development during this stage of training.

For abs that scream "touch and feel me!", you'll need to move on to weighted workouts. Many people who have leaned down their stomach but can't seem to get definition are doing so because they aren't progressing to weights. Chiseled, hard abs requires development. Weighted exercises using cables or weights will get you that rock hard abs.

With any of your ab workouts, you'll want to keep a full range of motion to maximize the results. Make sure while doing crunches that you crunch your upper abs with your lower abs.

If you are having troubles defining your lower abs, an exercise to work with is leg raises. This workout technique focuses on your lower abs and gives your entire ab set a killer workout. You'll first want to start with lying leg raises, and then move up to incline raises, and finally, hanging leg raises. For a set of perfectly defined abs, you'll want to make sure you're getting a good amount of leg raises in.

Having an ab workout planned out AND followed through is only part of the battle for razor sharp abs. Not only will you need to be doing the right exercises, but you'll also have to make sure your diet, lifestyle, and other workouts work in harmony with your ab development. Failure to work on "the whole picture" can keep you from progressing to your dream 6 pack.

If you really want a sex-bomb set of abs, you need have the best tools and information in your arsenal. Doing the wrong exercises, eating the wrong foods, and doing the wrong things will stop you from getting those abs you want. Click Here and get those abs you always wanted!

How to Maximize Muscle Growth

Just about anyone that has tried any type of weight training program have discovered the point of over-training at least once in their muscle building program. Besides slowing down your weight training for the week, over-working your muscles can lead to injury, future muscles problems, and even a loss of muscle.

The people that tend to have problems with over training muscles are usually bodybuilders and athletes. These type of people figure that they can train as hard as they like and will get results through excessive muscle work.

For best results when trying to make a six pack or build muscles is to not overwork yourself. You have to find the happy medium where your work doesn't become excessive and compromise all the muscle work you've done in the past.

The trick with building muscles in your chest, thighs, back, and arms, is to find the perfect weight and repetitions. Your first goal when lifting is to find the maximum weight you can lift. (Make sure you have a spotter during this stage.) Do one repetition with that maximum weight--this rep must be done with perfect form and with a fluid motion. After getting that maximum weight, you'll want to start lifting with 80% of that weight.

Your training schedule for that muscle group you want to gain in is 3 sets of 15 repetitions. You'll need a 1 minute break in between sets. If you cannot do 15 repetitions, do 10 reps instead. Once you can do 3 sets of 15 repetitions though (and this can take you a week or more), upgrade the weight.
